How can I find out more about your sessions?

Just drop me an email at info@brightmindsnb.co.uk with details of your enquiry and I will do my best to reply to you within 48 hours. 

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes absolutely. Before we begin any 1:1 work, I offer a free consultation. It's a relaxed opportunity for us to chat about what you need and how I can help with no obligation for you to sign up to classes.

How can I book a place?

To register your interest please email info@brightmindsnb.co.uk with details of your enquiry and I will get back to you with details of spaces and times available. If spaces are full I will ask if you would like to join my waiting list. 

How do I pay for a session?

Payment should be made by bank transfer 7 days in advance of your session.  

Do you offer block bookings or discounts for multiple sessions?

Yes - you'll receive a 10% discount when you book a block of six 1:1 Flourish & Thrive sessions!  

Does my child need a diagnosis to receive your specialist support?

No, not at all. Your child will receive the support they need regardless of any diagnosis. Many neurodivergent children "mask" their difficulties at school and often parents are the first to notice when something isn't quite right. In my role as a Support for Learning teacher, I regularly build dyslexia identification profiles and compile referrals for CAMHS and other professionals. Whilst I don't provide formal diagnoses, through working closely with you and your child I can share a professional, evidence-informed opinion and help you explore the most appropriate next steps for further support if needed.   

What ages and stages do you work with?

Although my professional experience lies within the primary school years, my personal experience extends into teens and tweens. If you have a high school aged child who is struggling with school overwhelm please just get in touch with me to see if I can help.   

Do you offer online sessions?

Unfortunately not. However, 1:1 sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home if your child would prefer.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your child's session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 1:1 sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or sessions that are missed without notice, will be charged in full.
